These are Reusable / Sterilization with lysol or chlorhexidine or wipe down with 70% Alcohol and let sit for 90 seconds.
The headband contains a strip of foam that will adjust to your head keeping a 12 hour day as comfortable as possible. The 2 knobs on the sides loosen the shield so it can be rotated up.
